Our Mission

The cattle industry in Australia is tough and resilient and the passion our young and old have in it is nothing short of amazing. Our Brahmousin Cattle School has been pursuing our passion to teach and encourage both the young and young at heart about selecting, showing and judging cattle along with general animal husbandry and agriculture within the cattle industry. Every year, over 130 participants participate in a three-day weekend of hands-on, educational activities presented by leaders in the Australian Cattle Industry. With one goal, to teach and mould the minds of tomorrow, to ensure a strong and skilled industry will still be alive in years to come.

The Australian Brahmousin Assoc. has been running the Brahmousin Cattle School for over fifteen years. In that time, we have established ourselves as one of the leading Cattle Schools in Queensland with participants for across Australia and international participants. Our values focus on teaching the agricultural men and women of the future, skills in both Cattle/Agriculture, but life skills, teamwork, public speaking, the importance of mental health in Rural parts of Australia.
